Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the upkeep of owner’s units in the Honua Kai rental program. You will assist guests with aloha, perform daily administrative tasks, and coordinate orders for replacement items with the team, HOA, and owners.

The role requires a High School diploma (Bachelor's in Hospitality preferred) and resort experience. A valid driver's license is required; health benefits and 401K are offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Manage day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of owner’s units in the Honua Kai rental program.

Job Duties

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of the owner's units in the Honua Kai rental program.
• These responsibilities will include ordering, tracking, updating and verbally communicating with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person regarding orders of replacement items for the units.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, preferred.
• Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property of similar size and scope preferred.
• Condominium Resort experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
