OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Kapalua, Hawaii. You will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and budget adherence across units and public areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience, and strong verbal and written communication. Candidates must be flexible to work any day and shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ housekeeping supervisory or hotel managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to staff, guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the Housekeeping Department to ensure cleanliness and quality guest services.
• Completes daily inspections of units, offices and public areas and maintains safety standards.
