Auto Club Enterprises requests a Claims Property Adjuster to support Homeowner policy claims for Interinsurance Exchange, handling low to moderate complexity matters with discretion and regulatory compliance.

You will interpret First Notice of Loss, investigate, evaluate coverage, and negotiate to resolution while using claims technology and tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Claims handling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of claims administration best practices.
• Moderate oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct phone investigations to determine coverage and damages.
• Identify and obtain statements from insureds, vendors, and witnesses.
• Maintain proper activities and service levels.
• Communicate with members, insureds and claimants.
• Explain policy coverage and claims process per regulations.
• Evaluate, decide, and negotiate within settlement authority.
• Assess personal property, property damage, and loss of use.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments.
• May attend and participate in legal proceedings.
• Respond quickly to insureds' needs and problems.
