Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related experience, be computer proficient, and can learn scheduling tools quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate scheduling tools proficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners to evaluate and address service requests.
• Complete minor repairs and coordinate with trade partners/vendors.
• Schedule work and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
