Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a scripted presentation to homeowners.
• Adapt the scripted presentation to address homeowner needs.
• Answer questions and handle homeowner concerns and objections professionally.
• Collect homeowner information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Schedule appointments over the telephone.
• Enter appointment details into the computer system.
• Document homeowner information and key details from conversations.
• Confirm appointments scheduled by canvassers or sales reps.
• Schedule appointments for sales reps to meet with homeowners.
• Conduct quality-control calls.
• Answer calls from potential customers responding to advertisements.
• Follow up with homeowners after initial contact.
• Update lead information and maintain accurate reports.
