*Sign On Bonus - New hires can earn up to $700 during their first 13 work weeks based on completed, verified patient visits. Eligible hours are based on verified patient visits during the applicable Sunday–Saturday work week. Travel time, class/training hours, and hours marked “do not pay” are excluded. The first bonus week is the first full work week following the employee’s hire date.
