Elara Caring is hiring a Personal Care Aide PCA in Massachusetts. You will provide in-home care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• HHA and/or CNA certification from MA required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

You’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
