Elara Caring is seeking a Home Health Aide (PCA, Homemaker, Caregiver) in Fall River, MA to provide in-home personal care and companionship.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed, delivering compassionate support and promoting safe, respectful environments for clients in their own homes.

Formación

• HHA certification and/or CNA certification required from MA.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• HHA certification and/or valid CNA Certification required from the State of Massachusetts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)

*Sign On Bonus - New hires can earn up to $700 during their first 13 work weeks based on completed, verified patient visits.

Eligible hours are based on verified patient visits during the applicable Sunday–Saturday work week.

Travel time, class/training hours, and hours marked “do not pay” are excluded. The first bonus week is the first full work week following the employee’s hire date.
