Job summary

Elara Caring is urgently hiring for in‑home caregiving roles in Massachusetts. Earn $20.00–$22.58 per hour depending on certification and experience, with availability Monday–Friday and daytime shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be certified for at least one caregiver level: Homemaker, Personal Care, or HHA/CNA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grocery shopping and client errands (mileage reimbursement is $0.72 per mile).
• Deliver personal care, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Provide bathing and hands-on care for qualified caregivers.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Candidate must be certified for at least one caregiver level:
• Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate.
• Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
• HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in‑home care
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
