Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of clients’ rooms.
• Escort clients to appointments as needed.
• Interact with clients and maintain rapport through excellent customer service.
• Control access at the main entrance by screening clients and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate crises when needed.
• Make hourly rounds throughout the facility and monitor areas.
