Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Homeless Services Programs, ensuring safe operations and effective service delivery. You will recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, manage the department budget, and coordinate with partners to meet grant requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the local Human Service delivery system and work with low-income/homeless individuals.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Valid NYS Driver's License; registered and insured vehicle; NYS Child Abuse Registry clearance.
• Proficiency with electronic databases; MS Outlook and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service; strong oral and written communication.

• Oversee the Homeless Services Programs and supervise staff.
• Assess staffing resources and ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate program staff.
• Maintain program budget and ensure grant compliance through audits.
