Catholic Charities of Onondaga County in Syracuse, NY seeks a Program Manager to oversee intake screenings, determine eligibility for ESSHI/OMH projects, and provide supervision to a caseworker and an after-hours specialist.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mental health-related field and 3–5 years of mental health experience; LMHC or LMSW with CASAC preferred. A valid NYS driver’s license and insured vehicle are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mental health required.
• LMHC or LMSW with CASAC preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License, and insured vehicle; NYS Child Abuse Registry clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake and screenings to determine eligibility and needs for case management.
• Provide support-level supervision and oversee daily operations of a caseworker and after-hour specialist.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and collect medical, psychological, and social histories.
• Refer clients to community resources and coordinate with other organizations.
• Complete required reporting forms for government agencies and funding sources (UCRs, progress notes, referrals, statistics).
• Maintain client referral logs and files; ensure timely safety communication.
