Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking a dedicated Scheduler in Anderson, IN to coordinate client and caregiver schedules. The role ensures consistent, high-quality homecare and supports staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a busy office, excellent organization and communication skills, and eligibility to work in the U.S. The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call rotation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a fast-paced office or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in healthcare/homecare or staffing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling for 100+ clients and 60+ caregivers.
• Plan weekly and daily schedules; handle last-minute changes and emergencies.
• Maintain records for billing and payroll through care logs and authorizations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and case managers to meet staffing needs.
• Perform general office duties including reception, filing, and data entry.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling.
