Job summary

The Care Manager at HomeWell Care Services WA330 oversees planning and delivery of in-home care to clients in the Renton area. This role coordinates services, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains client records in alignment with agency standards.

Working closely with agency leadership, the Care Manager supports caregiver empowerment and continuous quality improvement, with emphasis on client-centered care and operational excellence to meet individual needs.

The Care Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supervising the delivery of services to agency clients in alignment with the company’s mission and standards of care. This position is accountable for adherence to regulatory and agency requirements for service provision and ensures compliance with and maintenance of client records.

The Care Manager will work closely with HomeWell Agency leadership to develop and ensure cultural, organizational and business standards are aligned and empower the Caregiver to administer best in class in-home care where individual client needs are prioritized and accomodated.
