Qualifications

• One year of in-person or phone-based customer service experience required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for participants, families, providers, and agency partners regarding Consultation Services.
• Provide education and guidance on consultation processes, program requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate participant intake activities and ensure all required documentation is obtained and maintained.
• Schedule and manage initial consultation appointments.
• Enter and maintain participant information in internal databases.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional, timely, customer-focused manner.
• Collaborate with Advisors, Lead Agencies, and providers to support a smooth participant experience.
• Monitor files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
