SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring an Intake Coordinator to join our team and support the intake process for clients and caregivers. You will handle client communications, help coordinate care, and ensure excellent customer service in a homecare setting.

The role emphasizes administrative tasks, scheduling, and collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate in-home care and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferably in Healthcare.
• Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures.
• Strong communication skills and must be able to speak clearly and effectively.
• Customer service skills and phone answering management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of scheduling software (ERPs or similar) or CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client communication.
• Managing client and caregiver intake calls.
• Providing exemplary customer service.
• Assisting with home assessment and other office tasks as needed.
