Express Homebuyers USA is seeking a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team in Florida. This consultative sales role rewards results and independence within an entrepreneurial environment.

You will speak with homeowners, conduct in-person seller appointments, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate on offer strategy. Strong Spanish and a proven sales mindset are essential for success.

Formación

• Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.

• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, customer service, or real estate preferred.

• Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.
• Run seller appointments in person.
• Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with the team on offer strategy.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the agreement.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to decide today.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM.
• Partner with our transaction and dispositions teams to create a smooth path from contract to closing.
• Train, role-play, review deals, and continually sharpen your sales skills.
