Job summary

Express Homebuyers is seeking a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This consultative sales role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives on results, and desires entrepreneurial freedom and accountability.

We help homeowners sell quickly without repairs, showings, or commissions. The role involves running seller appointments, presenting offers, negotiating, and managing a robust CRM and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Proven negotiation and sales experience preferred.
• Background in real estate, customer service, or sales helpful.

Responsibilities

Express Homebuyers is looking for a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This is a consultative sales role for someone who loves people, thrives on results, and wants the freedom and accountability of an entrepreneurial environment.

Since 2003, Express Homebuyers has helped thousands of homeowners sell without the repairs, showings, commissions, and uncertainty that can come with a traditional sale. Our Homebuying Specialists are the people who turn that promise into a great experience.

What You’ll Do

Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.

Run seller appointments in person.

Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with the team on offer strategy.

Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the agreement.

Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to decide today.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM.

Partner with our transaction and dispositions teams to create a smooth path from contract to closing.

Train, role-play, review deals, and continually sharpen your sales skills.

Who We’re Looking For

Fluency in Spanish required.
