Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Sales Processor to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will educate customers through loan applications, coordinate steps with sales, mortgage lenders, and title teams, and maintain transparent communication to keep deals moving toward closing.

The role requires strong verbal skills, urgency balanced with accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. Applicants must complete background checks and licensing as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Assist and educate customers throughout the home buying process.
• Coordinate next steps with all parties to ensure timely closing.
• Educate customers on loan documentation and cost estimates for closing.
• Maintain customer files and provide regular updates to the sales team.
• Support in pre-close reviews and assembly of Retail Closing Package.
