Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Sales Processor in Denison, Texas to guide customers through the home buying journey. This role supports the sales team, coordinates communications among lenders, title, and customers, and ensures accurate, timely processing through to funding.

The position emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is hourly and includes benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to educate customers throughout the home buying process.
• Operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong process orientation and professional demeanor are essential.
• Must be reliable, dependable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Assist and educate customers throughout the home buying process.
• Act as a liaison to ensure clear, urgent, and constant communication between all parties.
• Coordinate steps and items required with all parties involved in the purchase, including applications, approvals, settlement, and closing.
• Educate customers on loan application information and obtain cost estimates and closing details.
• Manage purchase details with all parties to ensure alignment and accuracy at closing.
• Provide prompt, professional communication to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
• Assist Sales Professionals and customers in gathering and preparing information for applications.
