Clayton in Texas is seeking a Sales Processor to support the home buying journey. You will communicate with home buyers, coordinate steps, and ensure accurate documentation and timely closings.

This role requires building rapport over the phone and guiding customers through applications, approvals, settlements, and closing processes. The position emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork within a busy retail homebuilder environment.

• Coordinate steps with lenders, title, and sales teams to ensure timely closings.
• Prepare and maintain customer files and closing documents.
• Communicate updates to sales team and managers as deals progress.
• Support in gathering information for applications and submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency during closing and post-close processes.
• Protect company assets by following legal requirements in selling manufactured homes.
