Job summary

Lennar in Orlando is hiring a Homebuyer Concierge to deliver a high-touch homebuying experience from Purchase Agreement through Closing. You’ll serve as the single point of contact for the Homebuyer, coordinating with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales to ensure a smooth closing and accurate timelines.

The role emphasizes proactive updates, milestone ownership, data integrity in the CRM, and guiding buyers to use the Lennar App.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including on-site events with homeowners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to navigate real estate and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and AI-augmented software to streamline documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Engagement: be the primary, customer-first contact and provide warm updates via multiple channels.
• Expectation Management: educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing journey and construction expectations.
• Milestone Ownership: conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and celebrate milestones through closing day.
• Data Integrity: maintain 100% accuracy for customer interactions and documentation in the CRM.
• Contract Administration: generate and execute post-agreement addenda and verify requirements for on-time closings.
• Tech Onboarding: guide homebuyers to download and use the Lennar App as the central hub for their closing journey.
• Central Liaison: coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal partners (Construction, Mortgage, Title, Sales).
• Problem Resolution: manage complex issues including appraisal challenges and scheduling conflicts.
• Project Tracking: participate in weekly backlog meetings to audit home statuses and mitigate delays.
