Job summary

Lennar Homebuyer Concierge role delivers a warm, proactive homebuying experience from Purchase through Closing. You will be the primary liaison between the Homebuyer and the builder, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication.

You coordinate closing schedules, educate buyers on mortgage and closing journeys, and maintain 100% data accuracy in the CRM while collaborating with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales to ensure on-time closings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supporting a real estate sales team is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, customer-first contact and provide proactive updates.
• Coordinate closing-related activities and maintain data integrity in CRM.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between buyers, Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales.
