As a Sales Processor with Clayton's retail company, you support the home buying journey by educating customers over the phone, coordinating steps with lenders, and keeping all parties aligned toward a smooth close.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Assist and educate customers throughout the home buying process.
• Coordinate next steps and items with all parties involved in the purchase regarding applications, approvals, settlement, and closing.
• Educates customers on loan application information and cost estimates to ensure accuracy at closing.
• Manage details of the purchase with all parties to ensure alignment and accuracy for closing.
• Provide prompt, professional communication to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
• Assist Sales Professionals and customers in gathering information for application submissions.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy for customers through closing.
• Set up and maintain customer files.
• Assist in pre-close reviews and closings as approved by HC Manager.
• Prepare the Retail company’s portion of the Closing Package.
• Provide updates to sales team and manager as deals progress.
• Manage all steps in the retail process leading to funding for each customer.
• Maintain high integrity and comply with legal requirements in selling manufactured homes.
• Participate in sales meetings and company events.
• Support marketing promotions and events as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
