Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative-WA to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service.

This onsite role, five days a week in the Greater Spokane Area, offers an annual base salary of $37,000 with uncapped commission potential and a path to growth within a Fortune 500 company. Responsibilities include sourcing new customers, helping buyers design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead to loan and construction.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2 years of related sales experience.
Active real estate license required.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.
Ability to utilize company sales applications on mobile devices.
Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Spokane Valley area.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution.
Overcome objections and close for the sale.
Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
Continually source new sales opportunities.
Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
Network with realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
