Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience.
• Prior sales experience preferred in the homebuilding industry.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton's value proposition and capabilities to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as best solution.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
• Network with realtors and manage relationships.
