Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Document transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
• Build relationships with realtors and customers.
