You will source new opportunities, engage with realtors, manage CRM, and work with a team to meet sales goals. Requires degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and fluency with DRH Sales apps; a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover goals and position DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
