Qualifications

• Experience handling warranty-related inquiries and coordinating service is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization for managing multiple warranty cases.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into BuildPro accurately.
• Conduct home reviews per TM procedures.
• Address homeowner concerns with knowledge and courtesy.
• Coordinate subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Input and disseminate warranty tickets into BuildPro.
• Manage escalated customer calls and track open work orders.
