Job summary

Brohn Homes is seeking a Customer Care Technician to conduct warranty inspections, walk buyers through the process, and resolve warranty calls by visiting homes and coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple repairs across communities and work primarily from or around customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to determine warranty eligibility and resolve issues with customers.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, vendors and subcontractors to complete repairs.
• Manage and schedule all repairs with contractors and customers.
• Follow up and inspect repairs to ensure completion.
• Instruct customers on home maintenance and clarify non-warrantable items.

Position Summary: Customer Care Technicians, conduct QA walks, the buyer walks, and resolve warranty calls made by Bohn homeowners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it's eligible under warranty and work with customers, manager vendors, and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly. Customer Care Technicians are responsible for resolutions in multiple communities to which they are assigned and work primarily from their vehicles and in or around customers' homes.Duties / Responsibilities:Possesses an unwavering commitment to Customer Satisfaction.Assures that the quality of homes in their area meets company standardsMaintains a high level of visibility in the home building business, actively participating in promoting their communitiesAssists in resolving any issues that arise in their projectsManage and schedule all other repairs with contractors and customersComplete repairs, and when a vendor is needed Follow up, inspect and ensure completion of all repairsFollow up, inspect and insure completion of all repairsInstruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicate what items are not warrantableThe ability to say \"no\" and overcome objections in a professional mannerQualifications:Knowledge of construction, warranty as well as sales and operations.Considerable initiative and drive.
