Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners on warranty inquiries.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs with homeowners and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and activities.
• Collaborate with construction and service teams for timely resolutions.
• Evaluate warranty claims based on company policies.
