Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. offers home-based Early Intervention speech therapy across California, serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

The role provides flexible scheduling and locations of your choice, with a sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement. Licensure as a California Speech-Language Pathologist and pediatric EI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy via Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and develop family-based strategies to meet developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and progress generalization.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—home, daycare, or community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write bi-annual progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
