Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in home and community settings throughout California.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to develop strategies to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
