Job summary

Sunny Days is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide home-based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and their families in California. You will conduct developmental assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with families to implement strategies in natural environments.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow a child’s IFSP and work with families to develop strategies.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, including homes.
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
