• Prepares weekly clinician schedules and reviews capacity to meet productivity standards.

• Ensures missed visits are rescheduled or escalated to Clinical Manager.
• Coordinates with patients, field staff, and Clinical Manager for timely services.
• Handles scheduling calls from patients and staff and routes issues appropriately.
• Monitors patient status and follows up on hospitalizations as needed.
• Completes orders and services in schedules (lab draws, add-ons).
• Maintains supply readiness and supports intake processes when needed.
