Job summary

Your Health Organization in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Primary Care Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists with homebound patients. The role includes implementing treatment plans, guiding exercises, and documenting progress in a salary-based, full-time position with monthly bonus potential.

Two schedules are available: M-F 8:00-5:00 with one weekend per month, serving Greenwood. The team collaborates to deliver quality care across facilities, homes, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Pelvic Health Experience and/or interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct exercises with patients and monitor progress.
• Educate patients on proper rehabilitation techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain a clean therapy environment.
• Coordinate discharge plans and follow-up services.
