Job summary

Noctrix Health seeks Patient Activation Specialists to perform home-based titration sessions for patients across the United States. As an independent contractor (1099), you will schedule visits, travel to patients' homes, and calibrate therapeutic wearables during a one-hour activation session.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing experience in healthcare, patient services, or customer support.
• Medical background strongly preferred (e.g., respiratory, OT, PT, MA, NP, nurses).
• Willingness to travel 30–50 miles.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes to conduct device titration sessions.
• Guide patients through device activation and calibration.
• Provide clear instructions on device usage and troubleshooting.
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
