Job summary

Noctrix Health in Fargo, ND is seeking Patient Activation Specialists to conduct home-based titration sessions for our prescription-grade wearable therapy.

As an independent 1099 contractor, you will travel to patients’ homes, guide activation, troubleshoot device use, document outcomes, and maintain professional communication. Training and necessary technology are provided, with scheduling options including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in healthcare, patient services, or support.
• Medical background preferred, e.g., Respiratory Technicians, OT, PT, Medical Assistants, NP, Nurses (ICU/OR backgrounds preferred).
• Willingness to travel 30-50 miles to patient homes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with home visits or alternate quiet locations (e.g., hotel lobbies).

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes for titration sessions.
• Guide activation process, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Provide clear instructions on device usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
• Accurately document each session and report outcomes as required.
• Maintain prompt and professional communication via phone and email.
