Qualifikationen

• Current or eligible for Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in home or community settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging-in-place.
