Job summary

Vector Security, Inc. is hiring a Home Technology Sales Representative in the Nashville area. You will prospect and present Vector’s residential technology solutions to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners, driving sales and market growth.

You will maintain relationships, document proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quotas and revenue targets. This role emphasizes strong closing skills and ongoing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma required.
• Selling experience and ability to demonstrate the value of Vector’s products.
• Proven success in previous sales positions.
• Must close sales to meet performance targets.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s residential solutions and achieve orders, RMR and unit targets.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, community involvement, partnerships, and existing customers.
• Engage assigned leads, document status, and maintain a high closing percentage.
• Maintain product knowledge via training and certifications; educate customers about Vector Security products.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet needs throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify new market segments and opportunities for product growth.
