Job summary

Best Buy in Las Vegas is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to install and troubleshoot home theater, computing, smart home and networking products in customers’ homes. You’ll advise on lifestyle solutions and collaborate with Geek Squad Agents, service partners, and retail staff to deliver outcomes aligned with Best Buy’s strategy.

This role requires driving, physical work, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds solo, 150 pounds with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 250 pounds with a team using support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifestyle recommendations and fulfill on product services.
• Deliver, install, integrate, network and troubleshoot consumer electronics.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other work alone.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and safety guidelines.
