Starting salary ranges from $62,900 to $100,000 including commission; uncapped commission increases earning potential, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid across milestones.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check and motor vehicle record verification may be required
