AT&T Field Sales Representatives in Illinois are empowered to deliver personalized, in-home demos and services. You’ll build trust with customers through hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments and rapid problem resolution, driving growth with uncapped commission potential.

Starting salary ranges from $62,900 to $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and training, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Training, scheduling, and a company vehicle support your success in a flexible, demanding field

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license — we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
