AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives who will act as the face of the company in customers’ homes across Illinois. You will deliver personalized sales interactions, drive commission-based results, and enjoy uncapped commission potential with a salary range of $61,800‑$100,000.

Responsibilities include closing deals, conducting hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in the field with scheduled appointments and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year commission-sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques that add customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license with readiness to drive; company vehicle provided for official business.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role is contingent on a background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution to keep customers connected.
• Work independently in the field using scheduled appointments provided by AT&T to engage warm prospects.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to remain tech‑savvy and maintain high sales performance.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport quickly and smoothly pivot to meet sales goals.
