Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring personalized, in-home demonstrations and tech delivery to customers in Illinois. You’ll start with paid training, work independently on scheduled appointments, and build relationships with warm prospects while pursuing uncapped commission opportunities.

Average earnings range from $62,900 to $100,000 including base salary and commissions; top performers can reach six figures. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Employment contingent on background check including drug screen
