Job summary

AT&T in California is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage customers in their homes, deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tailored solutions that keep families connected. This role offers uncapped commissions with total earnings between $61,800 and $100,000, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires; training is provided and a company vehicle is supplied.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/commission sales experience.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport building.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for business use.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
