Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate in Duluth, MN for a part-time role during the busy season. You will join a team to deliver, install, repair and haul away electronics at customers' homes, supporting integration and networking tasks as needed.

You’ll work either solo or with a partner, help manage inventory and paperwork, and contribute to a seamless client experience through product placement advice and service recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools (e.g., harness, dolly, lift).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free and fully functional.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations for products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
