Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate in Southaven, MS to assist with the delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronics at customers' homes during the peak season. You will join a team of Agents to ensure smooth, safe, and on-time service.

The role emphasizes helping customers with product placement, making recommendations, and working either independently or in a two-person team, with a strong focus on accurate installation and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
