Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Assistant to join during the busy season, assisting with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics to customers’ homes. You’ll support the team with integration and networking, and help ensure a smooth client experience through product placement guidance and service recommendations.

This part-time role (Delivery Support Associate internally) requires teaming with an Agent, handling paperwork and payments, and maintaining inventory and vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with team and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Support with integration and networking as needed.
• Provide seamless client experience with product placement recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Assist with inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
