Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Delivery Support Associate in Birmingham, AL. You will join a team to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronics, while supporting integration and networking tasks.

You will engage with customers, help optimize product placement and provide recommendations. The role can involve independent work or small-team collaboration during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
